Your space is talking behind your back. i speak fluently.

I'm Danielle Fisher, the energy behind Styled AF and the daughter behind Creations by Jimmy's Daughter.

I design spaces and style the people leading them, so a brand tells one story — and people feel it the second they walk in. Beautiful is the floor. Aligned is the goal.

Why Creations by Jimmy's Daughter

Because everything I build, I build as my father’s daughter.

My dad — Jimmy — gave 35 years to the federal government as an engineer. Quiet, mostly, until something lit him up: football, and Black history. He read constantly, almost always about our people — our history, our resilience, our determination. He taught me to be proud of exactly who I am, to honor my ancestors, and to question everything the history books got too comfortable telling us.

He handed me two things that look like opposites but aren’t. An engineer’s precision — the discipline, the eye, the I already know what this room needs. And a deep, unshakable pride — a point of view, a refusal to make anything that doesn’t mean something.

Most designers have one. I was raised on both. That’s the whole business, right there in the name.

I didn't start over. I brought it all with me.

I followed my dad into federal service. I wanted to serve — and to find a home where I could grow, instead of changing jobs every few years. I’m a licensed attorney, and I spent that career as an HR policy professional, turning complex, high-stakes policy into something people could actually understand and trust.

In 2018, I started Creations by Jimmy’s Daughter on Etsy, on the side, because the creative pull never let up. Now that I’ve retired from government, I’ve gone all in — bringing the legal mind, the precision, and the strategic eye with me, full-time.

The throughline? I’ve always closed the gap between what something claims to be and what people actually feel. Now I do it with spaces and presence.

What I Actually Do

I’m a Brand Experience Designer. I work two angles of the same problem:

  • Your space — the room, the season, the details that decide how someone feels the second they walk in.
  • Your presence — how you, the person leading the brand, show up in that room.

When those two tell the same story, people trust you before you open your mouth. When they don’t, you feel it — in the resident who doesn’t renew, the guest who doesn’t rebook, the deal that walks back out the door.

I work with people who already get it: amenity-driven communities, boutique hotels, venues, and leaders who know experience isn’t decoration — it’s a business decision. Most of my work is a relationship, not a one-time install. Season after season, I keep a brand feeling current, intentional, and unmistakably you.

Let's build something worth walking into.

If your brand is operating at a level your space and your presence haven’t caught up to yet — that’s exactly the gap I close.
